Here's what we're up to.

Here's what we're up to.

We have been hard at work the past several months with... a lot of stuff. Like, a ton of stuff.

After our last auction in November, we decided to take a break so that we could rest our brains and because we knew that December would probably be busy in its own ways. It was! We decorated the heck out of the store in time for Santa Day and did some re-arranging.

If we aren't re-organizing the store at least once every few months, something just doesn't feel right, right?

Santa Day came and went (and went very well), then snow happened, December went along nicely and suddenly the holidays were upon us and there was much panic, but we all got through it with minimal casualties. Our vendors were content until they had to shovel themselves out of their homes. So were we. My goodness that was a lot of snow.

Yeah. So much snow.

Then it was suddenly GONE, and now here we are. But that's not all, oh no, no, no.

We're working on the next auction this week and it's going to be much bigger than the last handful were. We had been waiting until the new year to set up the back room for this, and now that it's done... we really can't wait to get this going for you.

We have also brought in new and gently-used plus-size women's clothing. It's really hard to find decent clothing for larger sizes, so we'll be developing this segment of our business over the coming months. It will be paired with accessories like purses, and with jewellery.

Our hours have changed to reflect quieter winter months. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays now, but you can still see us from 10 am to 5 pm from Wednesday to Sunday!

And that's what we've been up to at Treasures by the Locks. Stop by and see us soon! We hardly recognize the store anymore.
